Consulting (Diagnosis + Fix)

Diagnose and fix what’s constraining operations and delivery — where work stalls, breaks down, or needs constant intervention to get through.

A focused diagnostic of either delivery performance or operational performance. I identify the main bottleneck in the Human Engine — the one area where fixing it creates the most forward movement.

Within two weeks you will receive a plain-language report with a prioritised recommendation on where to start.

Deeper diagnosis followed by structured resolution.

Part 2: Implements the fix. No obligation to continue beyond the assessment.

We talk about what’s going on. I ask questions to understand where things are breaking down. You get a feel for how I work. If there’s no fit, I’ll say so — and suggest an appropriate direction.
